Returns - Refund Policy

No Exchanges or Returns

Any returned products must be destroyed because most items are for personal, wellness and spiritual purposes. If we were mainly dealing with clothing or accessory items, returns would not be an issue; however, spiritual items, herb, oils, baths, teas, candles or any homemade products or products used for personal spiritual use are a different story. We would not be comfortable shipping a product to you that has been out of our control; therefore, we are unable to issue refunds or exchanges of opened or unopened packages of these items.

We provide quality herb formulas and products as described. We cannot guarantee that herbs or products will work the way you are hoping but ensure that the time energy and quality placed into your product will provide you with the maximum result possible for your needs. Our products are based on the knowledge and properties placed within each item that you may purchase. However, if we make an error in your order we will exchange the incorrect formula for the one that you ordered and pay for the returned item shipment.

Refunds

Refunds will be issues immediately if an item which is on back order will not ship in a timely manner. Items are also eligible for refunds if the order has been back ordered and your request a refund within 24 hours of receiving a back ordered item email notification.

Exceptions

If we ship a product that you did not order, we will send a return box and issue a refund when the item is returned to us if you desire not to replace the item with the correct item that you ordered.

At the event that during shipping your order was damaged please contact us immediately, there will be a return box with postage sent to you and we will re-ship your items at no cost to you or you may request a refund. Please not that all damage claims must be supported by pictures of the original shipping material and contents of the order.

BACK ORDER POLICY

While we do our best to ensure that we have sufficient stock on all of our items, on rare occasions we may run out of stock. If we do run out of stock on a particular item you’ve ordered, we will ship any in-stock items in your order immediately and then notify you via e-mail regarding which items are back ordered. We will then ship these back ordered items at no additional cost as soon as possible in order to complete your order.

When you purchase an item that is on back order with us, your back ordered item(s) will be sent to you, as soon as they arrive in stock. Items purchased which are on back order must be canceled within 24 hours of receiving a item back order email confirmation to be eligible for a refund.
